Dealing with hearing aid feedback

Feedback is one problem faced by most people who are using digital or any other kind of hearing aid. Feedback usually occurs when the sound which passes through the microphone to the receiver finds its way back to the microphone. When this happens repeatedly it gathers enough strength to make the components of the aid ring, which results to an annoying whistling sound. People who suffer from hearing loss and are relying on hearing aids often experience feedback, especially infants who end up lying on one side of their hearing aids.
