than selling them on to suppliers who dont sell much renewable power. This
means theres less ROCs on the market, so the price goes up. This, in turn,
makes buying ROCs less cost effective and pushes those who do it towards
building some new renewables. The retiring of ROCs was the clincher that made
Friends of The Earth recommend Good Energy over Ecotricity.
